Description
The GDCR1600 is a portable, battery-powered wireless high-voltage phase detector designed for safe, fast phase verification, synchronization, and live-line checking on 200V–220kV AC overhead lines and substation equipment. It supports contact mode (≤35kV bare / ≤220kV insulated) and non-contact mode (>35kV bare), eliminating the risk of direct HV contact.
The system consists of two RF transmitters (X/Y) and one color LCD receiver, with 30m line-of-sight wireless transmission (433MHz/315MHz). It provides realtime phase angle (0–360°), frequency (45–65Hz), vector diagram, and clear voice prompts (“X signal normal, Y signal normal, in-phase, out-of-phase”). Built for field use, it includes telescopic insulated rods (4.85m max), CAT IV safety rating, and 999-group data storage for traceability. Ideal for grid synchronization, loop closing, transformer commissioning, and routine substation maintenance.

FAQ
Q: What’s the maximum voltage for contact mode?
A: 35kV bare wire or 220kV insulated cable;above 35kV bare, use non-contact mode.
Q: How far can the wireless signal reach?
A: 30 meters line-of-sight;avoid heavy obstacles or strong RF interference.
Q: Does it work in noisy substation environments?
A: Yes. 50/60Hz EMI filtering ensures stable readings near transformers and switchgear.
Q: Can I save and export test data?
A: Yes. 999 groups stored;USB connects to PC for review, analysis, and report generation.
Q: What’s included in the standard package?
A: Receiver, 2× transmitters, 2× telescopic insulated rods, batteries, HV probes, ground cable, carry case, user manual, PC software.
