Description
The GDKH-10 is a portable, high-precision single-cell regeneration & maintenance instrument designed for 2V/6V/12V lead-acid batteries (VRLA, flooded, gel). It integrates constant-current discharge, threestage intelligent charging, multi-cycle activation, and fast internal resistance testing into one unit.
By applying precise charge/discharge cycles, it dissolves lead-sulfate crystals on plates, recovers lost capacity, reverses sulfation, and extends cell service life. With a 7” TFT touchscreen, ±0.5% voltage accuracy, and ±1% current control, it supports standalone operation and PC data analysis/reporting. Compact and lightweight (~11 kg), it’s ideal for substation, UPS, telecom, and industrial battery maintenance.

Advantages
Bring Weak Cells Back to Life
Multi-cycle activation dissolves sulfate crystals → recover 80%+ lost capacity
One Unit for All Common Cells
Supports 2V/6V/12V → no multiple testers needed
Lab-Grade Accuracy On-Site
±0.5% voltage & ±1% current → reliable capacity & health data
Fast & Safe Maintenance
1–2 min internal resistance test + full protection → reduce risk & save time
Lower Total Cost of Ownership
Extend cell life + fewer replacements → significant long-term savings
FAQ
Q: Can it repair seriously sulfated cells?
A: It recovers most moderately sulfated cells;severe physical damage (short circuit, broken plates) cannot be repaired.
Q: Does it work while the battery is online?
A: Activation/discharge must be offline;internal resistance test is also offline.
Q: How many cycles are recommended for typical weak cells?
A: 3–5 cycles usually recover most capacity;adjust based on cell condition.
Q: What’s in the standard package?
A: Main unit, power cable, charge/discharge cables, temp sensor, USB drive, RS485 cable, manual, carry case.
