Description

GDFR-AD is a professional reference-grade high voltage calibration platform designed for national metrology institutes, third-party testing laboratories, high voltage equipment manufacturers and power research academies. It serves as a traceable voltage standard for verification of DC high voltage generators (DC hipot testers) and calibration of AC/DC digital voltage dividers, strictly complying with IEC 60060-1, IEC 61010-1 and relevant national metrological specifications.
The system adopts an equipotential-shielded resistance-capacitance (RC) divider architecture with low-temperature-coefficient precision components, ensuring excellent long-term stability and ultra-low measurement uncertainty. It is equipped with a high-speed digital acquisition unit and dedicated PC-based calibration software, realizing fully automatic test flow: step voltage boosting, synchronous data sampling, error calculation, linearity evaluation, ripple factor analysis and standardized calibration report generation.
Multiple rated voltage grades (50kV / 100kV / 150kV / 200kV / 300kV) are available for customization. The low-partial-discharge design supports long-time continuous operation in laboratory environments. With comprehensive safety interlocks including zero-start interlock, over-voltage and over-current protection, it provides a safe, efficient and traceable high voltage metrology solution for routine calibration, type test and factory quality inspection.

FAQ

Q: What accuracy grade does GDFR-AD reach, and can it be used as a laboratory reference standard?

A: The DC measurement accuracy of GDFR-AD reaches ±0.05% FS, with annual stability better than 0.05% and ultra-low temperature drift. It can be used as a secondary reference standard in provincial and municipal metrology institutes and enterprise laboratories for value traceability and calibration of lower-grade HV measuring instruments. The system is delivered with a CNAS calibration certificate, and the measurement results are traceable to national metrological benchmarks.

Q: Can it calibrate DC hipot testers and AC voltage dividers of different brands?

A: Yes. GDFR-AD is a general-purpose high voltage reference measuring system, not limited by instrument brands. It can calibrate all brands of DC high voltage generators and AC/DC voltage dividers within the corresponding voltage range, with test methods fully complying with IEC and national standards.

Q: Can the voltage rating be customized according to our laboratory needs?

A: Yes. The standard series provides 50kV / 100kV / 150kV / 200kV / 300kV options. We can also customize higher voltage grades, special voltage ratios and extended functions such as impulse voltage measurement according to customer's actual test requirements to meet different laboratory construction needs.

Q: Does the system support automatic calibration and report generation?

A: Yes. The matching special calibration software supports fully automatic test flow. Users only need to set voltage steps and stay time, and the system will automatically complete voltage boosting, data acquisition, error calculation and report generation without manual recording and calculation. It has built-in standard calibration report templates, which can be exported and printed with one click, greatly improving calibration work efficiency.
