Description
The GSA-C/MP/RT is a cost-effective, field-optimized basic 2-in-1 SF₆ gas quality analyzerexclusively designed for daily routine detection of SF₆-insulated high-voltage equipment. It fully complies with DL/T 506-2018, IEC 60480:2019 and GB/T 8905-2012 standards, adopting a world-renowned Finland Vaisala DMT series polymer capacitive dew point sensor and German Smart-GAS NDIR infrared purity sensor to ensure reliable and accurate test results.
The instrument integrates humidity (dew point) measurement and SF₆ purity measurement into one unit. One-time sampling completes both test items, reducing gas consumption by 50% compared to using two separate instruments. Its innovative built-in pump-back system can pump the tested gas back into the equipment, minimizing SF₆ emissions and environmental pollution. Equipped with a 5-inch high-brightness true-color touch screen and intuitive graphical interface, it supports real-time display of all parameters and automatic temperature/pressure correction. With a built-in 7.4V/6Ah large-capacity lithium battery, it can work continuously for more than 6 hours, making it ideal for daily on-site inspections. Ideal for distribution network inspection, substation daily maintenance, factory outgoing inspection and basic acceptance test of ring main units, SF₆ circuit breakers, GIS, instrument transformers and other SF₆-insulated equipment.

FAQ
Q: What is the advantage of using Vaisala capacitive dew point sensor?
A: Finland Vaisala is the world's leading manufacturer of humidity sensors. Its DMT series capacitive dew point sensors have the advantages of fast response speed, high sensitivity, small drift, strong anti-interference ability and long service life (annual drift <±1℃), making them the industry standard for SF₆ gas moisture detection.
Q: Can the tested gas be pumped back into the equipment?
A: Yes. The instrument has a built-in pump-back system that can pump the tested gas back into the equipment after testing. This not only minimizes SF₆ emissions and environmental pollution, but also saves gas purchase costs.
Q: Does it support automatic temperature and pressure correction?
A: Yes. The instrument has built-in high-precision temperature and pressure sensors, which can automatically correct the test results to standard conditions (20℃, 0.1MPa), making it easy to compare test results with standard values and historical data.
