The MRT-3127 is a portable, battery-powered 10kV high-voltage insulation resistance tester (megohmmeter) designed for precision insulation diagnostics on high-voltage power equipment. It provides 5 selectable test voltages (250V–10kV) and measures up to 2000GΩ, with built-in PI, DAR, RAMP, SV diagnostic functions for evaluating insulation aging and moisture.
