Description

MRT Ultra is a professional flagship high-voltage insulation resistance tester designed for comprehensive insulation performance evaluation of power transformers, high-voltage cables, motors, generators, switchgears and insulators in power systems, electrical manufacturing and industrial enterprises. It strictly complies with GB/T 18216.2-2021, IEC 61557-2:2019 and DL/T 596-2021 standards, supporting 500V/1000V/2500V/5000V/10000V five-gear switchable DC output to meet the test requirements of different voltage levels and equipment capacities.
Adopting high-frequency switching power supply + 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC technology, the instrument features 0.01MΩ-10TΩ ultra-wide measurement range and ±5% full-range accuracy. The built-in 14.8V/10Ah high-capacity lithium battery provides ≥12 hours continuous working time and ≥500 tests per charge, eliminating the need for external AC power supply. It automatically measures R15s, R60s and R600s insulation resistance values, and calculates absorption ratio (DAR) and polarization index (PI) in real time, which are key indicators for evaluating insulation aging and moisture content.
