Description
The GSH-R-5 is a cost-effective, field-optimized portable SF₆ gas recovery and purification unitexclusively designed for SF₆ gas handling in 10kV-35kV distribution equipment such as ring main units, SF₆ circuit breakers and instrument transformers. It fully complies with DL/T 662.1-2021, IEC 60480:2019 and GB/T 8905-2012 standards, adopting an oil-free high-pressure compressor, single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump and 4-stage deep purification system to achieve efficient recovery and purification of SF₆ gas.
The unit features an integrated hand-push mobiledesign weighing only 80kg, supporting single-person operation and easy movement in narrow spaces such as distribution rooms and cable trenches. It uses AC220V single-phase power supply, which is widely available in distribution networks, eliminating the need for three-phase power. Equipped with high-precision pressure gauges and vacuum gauges, it supports both semi-automatic and manual operation modes. The 4-stage purification system can remove moisture, oil, dust and other impurities from recovered SF₆ gas, making it meet the new gas standard and can be directly reused.
