Description

The HVAD-53D is a cost-effective, portable AC/DC dual-purpose dielectric withstand voltage test system designed for insulation strength test and leakage current measurement of 10kV–35kV medium-voltage electrical equipment in power utilities, substations, industrial plants, and electrical equipment manufacturers. It fully complies with DL/T 848.2-2004 and GB/T 16927.1-2011, adopting a split design consisting of a lightweight oil-immersed test transformer and a rugged aluminum alloy control box, delivering stable sine wave output and reliable performance for routine on-site testing.

Equipped with high-precision digital voltmeters and ammeters, it provides real-time display of high-voltage side voltage and low-voltage side current, eliminating the need for external measuring instruments. It features intuitive manual voltage regulation, 0–99H adjustable timing function, and comprehensive safety protection including zero-start, over-current, breakdown, and emergency stop, ensuring maximum safety for operators and test samples. With a compact, portable design and total weight of only 45kg, it is ideal for on-site commissioning, periodic maintenance, and factory quality control of power cables, distribution transformers, switchgear, insulators, and electrical safety tools.
