Description
GDPD-IS is a professional cabinet-type integrated partial discharge test platform designed for factory quality inspection, type test and metrological calibration of instrument transformers, insulators, small & medium power transformers, cable accessories and other medium-voltage electrical equipment in high-voltage equipment manufacturers, third-party testing institutions and power research laboratories. It strictly complies with IEC 60270, GB/T 7354-2003 and DL/T 848.3-2004 standards, adopting highly integrated all-in-one design that integrates high voltage power supply, standard coupling capacitor, PD detection unit and control system into a single shielded cabinet, eliminating the need for separate equipment matching and complex on-site wiring.
The platform is equipped with a built-in 1kVA high voltage test power supply with 2kV / 5kV / 10kV multi-gear output (customizable higher voltage), and a built-in 1nF standard coupling capacitor to ensure stable and reliable test loop matching. It adopts 6.5MHz high-speed single-channel synchronous acquisition technology, achieving 0.1pC ultra-high detection sensitivity and more than 120dB ultra-wide dynamic range, capable of capturing extremely weak partial discharge signals in early insulation failure. The full-shielded cabinet structure combined with programmable digital filtering and digital windowing technology effectively suppresses power frequency interference and environmental electromagnetic noise, ensuring accurate and reliable test results in factory and laboratory environments.
