Description

The GD6300 is a professional, high-power dielectric loss test instrumentexclusively designed for insulation condition assessment of large capacitive high-voltage power equipment. It fully complies with DL/T 474.3-2018 and IEC 60247:2004 standards, adopting a 5000VA high-power variable frequency power supply and full-digitized sampling technology to solve the problem of insufficient test capacity for large capacitive test objects such as GIS and long cables.
The instrument features an integrated all-in-one design with a built-in high-power variable frequency power supply, step-up transformer and SF6 high-stability standard capacitor (temperature coefficient <1ppm/℃), eliminating the need for external standard capacitors and power supplies. Equipped with a 7-inch high-resolution color touch screen and intuitive graphical interface, it supports six test modes: forward connection, reverse connection, CVT self-excitation, external voltage application, GST and UST. It can automatically measure dielectric loss factor (tanδ), capacitance (Cx), power factor (PF) and equivalent resistance (R), and generate standardized test reports. With comprehensive safety protection and portable design, it is suitable for both on-site testing and laboratory use. Ideal for factory acceptance tests, on-site commissioning tests and preventive maintenance tests of GIS, long XLPE cables, large capacitor banks, power transformers, bushings, instrument transformers, CVTs and surge arresters.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between GD6300 and GD6900?

A:
  • GD6300 (High-Capacity): 5000VA output capacity, 0.5-18kV high-voltage output, 500nF maximum capacitance test range, optimized for large capacitive test objects such as GIS, long cables and large capacitor banks
  • GD6900 (Multi-Function): 2000VA output capacity, 0.5-10kV high-voltage output, 300nF maximum capacitance test range, integrated insulation resistance, LCR and CVT ratio test functions, optimized for all-in-one on-site insulation testing of general power equipment
Both use variable frequency anti-interference technology and built-in SF6 standard capacitors, meeting DL/T 474.3-2018 standards.

Q: What is the maximum capacitance test object that GD6300 can test?

A: GD6300 can test up to 500nF @ 5kV, 160nF @ 10kV and 55nF @ 18kV, which covers the test requirements of most 10kV-220kV GIS, long XLPE cables and large capacitor banks.

Q: Can GD6300 test GIS and long XLPE cables?

A: Yes. It is specifically designed for large capacitive test objects. The 5000VA high-capacity output can provide sufficient test current for GIS and long cables, ensuring accurate and stable test results.

Q: Does it support CVT self-excitation test?
