Description
The GDZJ-15S is a cost-effective, application-optimized interturn insulation test instrument exclusively designed for 3.8kV and below medium-capacity motors (100kW–1000kW). It fully complies with GB/T 22714-2008 and IEC 60034-15:2005, adopting the pulse waveform comparison method to apply equivalent overvoltage impulses to windings, enabling fast and accurate detection of interturn short circuits, partial discharges, wiring errors, coil imbalance, and other insulation defects.
Equipped with a high-precision impulse generation circuit and a 7-inch color touch screen, it supports real-time display of impulse waveforms and automatic waveform similarity analysis. The system provides clear pass/fail judgment and stores all test data for traceability. With comprehensive safety protection including over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, emergency stop, and door interlock, it ensures safe operation in both production lines and maintenance workshops. Ideal for quality control, commissioning, and overhaul testing of AC/DC motors, distribution transformers, small reactors, inductors, and current transformers.

FAQ
Q: What products can GDZJ-15S test?
A: It is mainly designed for 3.8kV and below motors (100kW–1000kW), and can also test small distribution transformers, reactors, inductors, current transformers, relays, and other coil-based electrical equipment.
Q: Does the wavefront time meet international standards?
A: Yes. The wavefront time of 0.1–0.5μs fully complies with the requirements of GB/T 22714-2008 and IEC 60034-15:2005.
Q: Does it require a reference coil for testing?
A: Yes. GDZJ-15S uses a single high-voltage circuit and compares the test waveform with a pre-stored standard waveform from a qualified reference coil.
