Description

The HPCI 5000A Primary Current Injection Test Set is a high-power, portable primary injection system designed for on-site high-current testing of power system equipment. It integrates a control unit and a high-current generator unit, adopting ARM chip control and large-capacity toroidal transformer technology. It delivers 0–5000A AC continuous adjustable output (max 5500A peak), enabling direct primary injection testing without secondary conversion.

Engineered for 0.4kV–35kV power systems, it performs CT ratio/polarity verification, circuit breaker contact resistance & trip time testing, protection relay primary injection, and busbar temperature-rise tests.
