Description
The GDJC-50kV is a professional, computer-controlled dielectric test system designed for dielectric withstand voltage test and breakdown strength measurement of solid insulation materials in accordance with GB/T 1408.1-2016/IEC 60243-1 and other international standards. It is widely used in insulation material manufacturers, research institutes, power utilities, and quality inspection organizations for testing plastic, rubber, film, resin, mica, ceramic, glass, insulating varnish, and other solid insulation materials .
Equipped with a high-precision step motor voltage regulation system and real-time data acquisition module, it supports three test modes: constant speed boost, step boost, and time withstand test. The system automatically detects breakdown events, immediately cuts off high voltage, and records all test data including breakdown voltage, boost rate, test time, and leakage current. With intuitive Windows-based software, users can set test parameters, monitor test curves in real time, generate standardized test reports, and export data in Excel format. It features comprehensive safety protection including door interlock, over-voltage, over-current, and emergency stop, ensuring safe operation in laboratory environments.
