Description
The GDB-D is a high-precision, cost-effective basic transformer test instrumentexclusively designed for fast and accurate measurement of turns ratio, vector group, polarity and phase angle difference of power transformers. It fully complies with DL/T 963-2005, GB 50150-2016 and IEC 60076-1:2022 standards, adopting advanced digital synthesized three-phase power supply and full-digitized sampling technology to eliminate power supply harmonic interference and ensure stable and reliable test results.
The instrument features an all-in-one integrated design with a built-in three-phase test power supply, eliminating the need for external auxiliary equipment. Equipped with a 7-inch high-resolution color touch screen and intuitive graphical interface, it supports one-time wiring to complete all test items including three-phase turns ratio, vector group, polarity and phase angle difference. It can automatically calculate turns ratio error and judge pass/fail according to standards. With a built-in 7.4V/6Ah lithium battery, it can work continuously for more than 4 hours without external power supply, making it ideal for on-site testing. Ideal for transformer factory outgoing inspection, power company on-site maintenance, third-party testing institution on-site acceptance and industrial enterprise transformer commissioning tests.
