Description

The GDOT-6B is a professional-grade, high-throughput 80kV fully automatic insulating oil dielectric strength testerexclusively designed for high-volume insulation performance evaluation of transformer oil, switch oil, capacitor oil and other insulating oils in power industry central laboratories, transformer factories and third-party testing institutions. It fully complies with GB/T 507-2002, DL/T 846.7-2016 and IEC 60156:1995 standards, adopting an innovative 6-cup integrated structure that enables simultaneous testing of six different samples, greatly improving test efficiency for high-volume applications.
The instrument features an advanced microprocessor control system that ensures fully automatic operation, completing the entire test process including voltage rise, stirring, standing, breakdown detection, voltage drop, average calculation and report printing without manual intervention. Its high-precision high-voltage sampling technology delivers 0.1kV voltage resolution and ±2% measurement accuracy, with a breakdown response time of less than 1ms, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
