Description

The GDPD-IS-15 is a highly integrated, cost-effective partial discharge test platformexclusively designed for batch factory inspection of micro and small electrical components and insulating materials. It fully complies with IEC 60270:2015, GB/T 7354-2018 and DL/T 848.1-2016 standards, adopting an innovative all-in-one design that integrates a PD-free high voltage power supply, digital partial discharge detection unit and intelligent control system into a single cabinet.
The platform eliminates the need for separate configuration of high voltage power supplies, coupling capacitors, protective resistors and connecting cables, greatly simplifying the test setup and reducing floor space. Its industry-leading <0.1pC system background noise ensures accurate detection of extremely weak partial discharge signals. The unique closed electromagnetic shielding structure combined with multiple digital anti-interference technologies effectively suppresses environmental electromagnetic interference, ensuring reliable test results even in complex factory environments. Equipped with a 12-inch industrial touch screen and intuitive single-interface operation, it supports one-click completion of the entire test process including voltage boosting, withstand voltage test, partial discharge detection and voltage reduction.
