Description
The GDYD-300kVA/100kV is a high-power, heavy-duty power frequency withstand voltage test system designed for AC insulation strength test of 110kV and below high-voltage electrical equipment in power utilities, substations, power plants, and electrical equipment manufacturers. It fully complies with DL/T 848.2-2004 and GB/T 16927.1-2011, adopting a split design consisting of an intelligent control box with built-in voltage regulator and an oil-immersed test transformer, delivering stable sine wave output and reliable performance for long-duration tests.
Equipped with a large LCD display and intuitive operation interface, it supports both manual voltage regulation and one-key automatic test (auto boost → hold time → auto step-down → auto shutdown). It features comprehensive safety protection including zero-start, over-voltage, over-current, breakdown, and emergency stop, ensuring maximum safety for operators and test samples. With oil-immersed self-cooling and heavy-duty industrial design, it can operate continuously for 30 minutes at full load. Ideal for commissioning, periodic maintenance, and type tests of 110kV power transformers, GIS, switchgear, XLPE power cables, insulators, and bushings.
