The GDZG-300B-60kV/5mA is a compact, lightweight all-in-one intelligent DC high voltage generator designed for DC withstand voltage and leakage current tests of 10kV–35kV distribution cables, transformers, switchgear, and zinc oxide arresters (MOA). It complies with DL/T 848.1-2004 and DL/T 474.2-2006, adopting 30–50kHz high-frequency voltage doubler and PWM pulse width modulation + voltage negative feedback, delivering stable output, low ripple, and high accuracy in a single enclosure.
Different from split-type models, the all‑in‑one design integrates the control unit and voltage doubling cylinder into one rugged aluminum alloy case, enabling one‑person carry & operation, ideal for narrow spaces, pole-mounted equipment, and frequent site moves. It features full-range smooth zero-start voltage regulation, one-key 75%UDC1mA MOA test, and real-time digital voltage/current/time display.
