Description
The GDZJ-45S is a professional, high-precision interturn insulation test instrument designed for turn-to-turn insulation strength verification of coils and windings in electrical equipment. It fully complies with GB/T 22714-2008 and IEC 60034-15:2005, adopting the pulse waveform comparison method to apply equivalent overvoltage impulses to windings, enabling fast and accurate detection of interturn short circuits, partial discharges, wiring errors, coil imbalance, and other insulation defects.
Equipped with dual independent high-voltage circuits and a 7-inch color touch screen, it supports simultaneous testing of two windings and real-time display of impulse waveforms for direct comparison. The system automatically analyzes waveform similarity, provides clear pass/fail judgment, and stores all test data for traceability. With comprehensive safety protection including over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, emergency stop, and door interlock, it ensures safe operation in both production lines and maintenance workshops. Ideal for quality control, commissioning, and overhaul testing of AC/DC motors, power transformers, reactors, inductors, current transformers, and other coil-based electrical equipment.

FAQ
Q: What is the test principle of GDZJ-45S?
A: It adopts the pulse waveform comparison method. Identical high-voltage impulses are applied to two windings simultaneously. If there is an interturn short circuit in one winding, its impulse waveform will differ from the other, which is detected and displayed by the system.
Q: What products can it test?
A: It can test all types of coil-based electrical equipment including AC/DC motors, power transformers, reactors, inductors, current transformers, relays, and ignition coils.
Q: Does the wavefront time meet international standards?
A: Yes. The wavefront time of 0.1–0.5μs fully complies with the requirements of GB/T 22714-2008 and IEC 60034-15:2005.
Q: Does it require a reference coil for testing?
A: No. The dual high-voltage circuit design allows direct comparison of two identical windings, eliminating the need for pre-prepared reference coils.
Q: What safety protection functions does it have?
A: It features over-voltage protection, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, hard-wired emergency stop, door interlock protection, and automatic discharge of residual voltage after test completion.
