Description

The GDZJ-45S is a professional, high-precision interturn insulation test instrument designed for turn-to-turn insulation strength verification of coils and windings in electrical equipment. It fully complies with GB/T 22714-2008 and IEC 60034-15:2005, adopting the pulse waveform comparison method to apply equivalent overvoltage impulses to windings, enabling fast and accurate detection of interturn short circuits, partial discharges, wiring errors, coil imbalance, and other insulation defects.

Equipped with dual independent high-voltage circuits and a 7-inch color touch screen, it supports simultaneous testing of two windings and real-time display of impulse waveforms for direct comparison. The system automatically analyzes waveform similarity, provides clear pass/fail judgment, and stores all test data for traceability.
