Description
GSH-C-NYA-30/60 is a fully automatic multi-functional SF₆ gas handling machine designed for SF₆ switchgear manufacturers, power substations, research institutes and third-party testing institutions. It integrates SF₆ gas recovery, deep vacuumizing, multi-stage purification, compression liquefaction, pressure-regulated refilling and system self-vacuumizing into one unit, widely used for installation, commissioning, routine maintenance and decommissioning of SF₆ circuit breakers, ring main units and small & medium capacity GIS compartments.
It is equipped with an oil-free SF₆ dedicated compressor, a 60m³/h main vacuum pump and an auxiliary recovery vacuum pump, delivering 30m³/h recovery rate and 60m³/h vacuum pumping speed. The built-in 200L liquefied storage tank (5MPa design pressure) supports both liquid and gas storage modes, eliminating the need for external gas cylinders on site.

FAQ
Q: Why is the vacuum pump noisy when starting in winter?
A: In low-temperature winter environments, vacuum pump oil will condense and become viscous. At the moment of startup, the lubrication effect is temporarily insufficient, resulting in dry friction noise. After running for a period of time, the oil temperature rises and the lubrication returns to normal, and the noise will gradually decrease to the normal level. This is a normal phenomenon and will not damage the pump or affect its service life. It is recommended to preheat the equipment properly before use in low temperature environment.
Q: Can the drying filter be reused?
A: Yes. The equipment is equipped with a regenerative drying filter, which adopts vacuum heating activation regeneration mode. After a period of use, the water absorption performance decreases, and the regeneration function can be started to restore the drying performance, which greatly extends the service life of the filter element and reduces the daily consumable cost.
Q: How much SF₆ gas can the 200L built-in tank hold?
A: The 200L storage tank supports both liquid and gas storage. Under normal liquefied storage state, it can hold about 180–200kg of liquefied SF₆ gas, which fully meets the one-time recovery demand of conventional medium-voltage switchgear and small & medium capacity GIS compartments.
Q: Can the recovered gas be directly refilled into equipment?
A: Yes. The multi-stage purification system with EMERSON filter elements can effectively remove oil mist, moisture, dust and decomposition products. After one recovery cycle, the gas quality indicators including moisture content and purity meet the requirements of IEC 60480 standard for reused gas, and can be directly refilled into electrical equipment. The built-in dew point meter can monitor the moisture content in real time to confirm the gas quality.
