Description

The GD6100H is a professional-grade, fully integrated automatic oil dielectric loss and resistivity testerexclusively designed for quality assessment of insulating oil used in power transformers, instrument transformers, capacitors and other oil-filled electrical equipment. It fully complies with GB/T 5654-2007, IEC 60247:2004 and DL/T 474.3-2018 standards, adopting an innovative all-in-one design that integrates all necessary components into a single portable chassis.
The instrument features advanced high-frequency induction heating technology that provides uniform and fast heating, reaching 90℃ from room temperature in less than 20 minutes. Its built-in SF6 gas-filled standard capacitor ensures stable and accurate measurement results unaffected by ambient temperature and humidity. With one-click fully automatic operation, it completes the entire test process including temperature rise, constant temperature control, dielectric loss measurement, DC resistivity measurement and automatic oil discharge without manual intervention.
