Description
The GSH-C-YYM-40/11-200 is a professional, field-optimized mobile SF₆ gas recovery and purification unitexclusively designed for full-process SF₆ gas handling in 110kV-220kV GIS and SF₆ circuit breaker installation, maintenance and decommissioning. It fully complies with DL/T 662.1-2021, IEC 60480:2019 and GB/T 8905-2012 standards, adopting an oil-free hermetic high-pressure compressor, two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump and 5-stage deep purification system to achieve high-efficiency recovery and purification of SF₆ gas.
The unit features an integrated mobile design with heavy-duty casters and a towing device, making it easy to move between different equipment locations in substations and factories. Equipped with a 7-inch high-resolution color touch screen and PLC control system, it supports one-click completion of all processes including gas recovery, purification, vacuum pumping, gas refilling and liquid storage. The 5-stage purification system can remove moisture, oil, dust and other impurities from recovered SF₆ gas, making it meet the new gas standard and can be directly reused. With comprehensive safety interlock protection and reliable performance, it is the ideal solution for SF₆ gas management in power systems and electrical equipment manufacturing.
