Description

The GDBT-40000kVA/145kV is a professional, factory-grade fully integrated transformer test systemexclusively designed for routine and type tests of 110kV/145kV power transformers, distribution transformers and special transformers. It fully complies with the latest IEC 60076 series and GB/T 1094 series standards, integrating all necessary test functions into one system to eliminate multiple wiring operations and improve test efficiency.
The system consists of a main control console (with PLC, industrial computer and 0.1-class power analyzer), mobile turns ratio & DC resistance test unit, 145kV power frequency test transformer, variable frequency generator set, voltage regulator, 14400kVar compensation capacitor bank (6 connection modes), precision metering transformer group and auxiliary power cabinet. Equipped with a 10.1-inch industrial touch screen and dedicated Windows-based test software, it supports fully automatic test procedures: one-click completion of all test items, automatic data acquisition, calculation, result judgment and standardized PDF report generation. With comprehensive safety protection including over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, emergency stop and interlock protection, it ensures safe and reliable operation in transformer manufacturing plants and third-party testing laboratories.
