Description
The GDFR-540kV/500pF is a professional, low-partial-discharge capacitive voltage divider specifically optimized for variable frequency series resonant test systems, designed for accurate measurement of power frequency and variable frequency AC high voltages in high-voltage laboratories, power equipment manufacturers, and on-site substation tests. It fully complies with DL/T 846.1-2016, GB/T 16927.2-2013, and IEC 60060-1, adopting multistage series-connected high-voltage film capacitors and distributed damping resistors to achieve excellent frequency response characteristics and minimize waveform distortion across the 30–300Hz resonant frequency range.
The system consists of a high-voltage divider unit with a double-layer stainless steel grading ring and a low-voltage interface compatible with all mainstream series resonant controllers, with a standard 1000:1 voltage divider ratio (2000:1/3000:1 optional, custom ratios available). It features ≤5pC ultra-low partial discharge at rated voltage, making it suitable for both AC withstand voltage tests and partial discharge (PD) tests of high-voltage equipment. With a heavy-duty mobile base with locking casters and epoxy glass fiber insulation cylinder, it is ideal for on-site series resonant tests of 110kV–500kV power cables, transformers, GIS, and switchgear.
