Description

The GDFR-C2-900H is a high-precision, low-partial-discharge AC-only capacitive voltage divider designed for accurate measurement of power frequency and variable frequency AC high voltages in 500kV–750kV substations, high-voltage laboratories, and power equipment manufacturers. It fully complies with DL/T 846.1-2016 and GB/T 16927.2-2013, adopting a balanced equipotential shielding structure and fully sealed imported polyurethane foaming filling to minimize leakage current, electromagnetic interference, and internal partial discharge, ensuring stable and accurate measurements in harsh field and laboratory environments.

The system consists of a heavy-duty high-voltage divider unit with a double-layer stainless steel grading ring and a portable digital display meter/oscilloscope interface, with a standard 10000:1 voltage divider ratio (custom ratios available). It features ≤5pC ultra-low partial discharge at rated voltage, making it suitable for both AC withstand voltage tests and partial discharge (PD) tests of extra-high-voltage (EHV) equipment. With a heavy-duty mobile base with locking casters and high-purity epoxy glass fiber insulation cylinder, it is ideal for on-site and laboratory testing of 500kV–750kV GIS, power transformers, XLPE power cables, and switchgear.
