FAQ
Q: What is the advantage of on-site calibration without disassembly compared to traditional methods?
A:
- Safety: No need to disassemble high-voltage equipment, eliminates the risk of electric shock and SF6 gas leakage
- Efficiency: Reduces test time from 2-3 hours to 10-15 minutes per relay
- Cost: No need for SF6 gas recovery equipment and professional disassembly tools
- Reliability: Tests the relay in its actual operating state, avoiding performance changes caused by disassembly and transportation
Q: How much SF6 gas is consumed during calibration?
A: The instrument adopts a closed-loop test system with less than 50mL gas consumption per test, which is almost negligible. There is no need to replenish SF6 gas after calibration, and there is no impact on the internal pressure of the equipment.
Q: Can it test both relative pressure and absolute pressure density relays?
A: Yes. GDJD-5A supports both relative pressure and absolute pressure measurement modes, and can test all types of SF6 density relays currently used in power systems.
