Description

The GDPD-316M is a professional, field-optimized comprehensive handheld partial discharge inspection instrumentexclusively designed for live detection and condition assessment of high-voltage power equipment. It fully complies with DL/T 1432.3-2016, DL/T 1982-2019 and IEC 60270:2015 standards, integrating four mainstream partial discharge detection methods into one unit, which can flexibly configure different sensors according to the type of equipment under test.
The instrument adopts advanced high-speed digital signal processing technology and intelligent anti-interference algorithms, which can effectively suppress on-site electromagnetic interference and accurately extract weak partial discharge signals. Its built-in expert diagnosis system can automatically analyze test data, judge discharge type and severity, and provide maintenance suggestions. Equipped with a 4.3-inch high-resolution color touch screen and intuitive graphical interface, it supports multiple map displays including PRPD, PRPS, time-domain waveform and spectrum. With RFID equipment identification function and WIFI/BT wireless communication, it can realize intelligent inspection management and data cloud upload. The host weighs only 0.45kg and supports one-hand operation, making it ideal for all-day on-site inspections. Ideal for daily inspection, defect detection, fault location and condition assessment of switchgears, ring main units, GIS, power transformers, high-voltage cables, instrument transformers and other power equipment.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between GDPD-316M and other partial discharge testers?

A: GDPD-316M integrates TEV, AE, UHF and HFCT four mainstream partial discharge detection methods into one unit, which can detect partial discharge of all types of power equipment. It also has built-in expert diagnosis system, RFID equipment identification and IoT functions, making it the most comprehensive handheld partial discharge tester on the market.

Q: Which detection method should I use for different equipment?

A:
  • Switchgears and ring main units: TEV + non-contact ultrasonic
  • GIS equipment: UHF + contact ultrasonic
  • Power transformers: UHF + HFCT (grounding wire) + ultrasonic
  • High-voltage cables: HFCT (grounding wire) + ultrasonic (terminals)

Q: Does the test require power outage?

A: No. GDPD-316M is a live detection instrument, which can perform partial discharge detection on operating equipment without power outage, greatly reducing the impact on power supply.

Q: Can it automatically generate test reports?

A: Yes. The instrument can automatically generate standardized Word/PDF test reports with test data, maps and expert diagnosis results, which can be exported via USB or uploaded to the cloud via WIFI.

Q: How long does the battery last?

A: The built-in lithium battery can work continuously for more than 8 hours, which is sufficient for a full day of on-site inspections. The charging time is about 5 hours.
