Description

The GDYD-1010C is a professional field-oriented cascade power frequency withstand voltage test system designed for insulation strength test of 110kV and below high-voltage electrical equipment in remote substations, power plants, and construction sites. It fully complies with DL/T 848.2-2004 and GB/T 16927.1-2011, adopting an innovative 2-stage cascade structure consisting of two identical 5kVA/50kV oil-immersed test transformers, which can be easily transported separately and assembled on site in 10 minutes, solving the problem of heavy single-unit 100kV transformers being difficult to move.

Equipped with a portable digital control box and high-brightness 4-digit LED meters, it provides real-time display of high-voltage side voltage, current, and test time with clear readings even under strong sunlight. It features smooth manual voltage regulation, 1s-99H adjustable timing function, and comprehensive safety protection including zero-start, over-current, breakdown, and emergency stop, ensuring maximum safety for operators and test samples. The system supports both cascade operation (100kV/10kVA) and single-stage operation (50kV/10kVA), offering flexible configuration for different test requirements. Ideal for on-site commissioning, periodic maintenance, and acceptance tests of 110kV power transformers, GIS, XLPE power cables, insulators, and bushings.
