The GDYT-10/100 is a cost-effective, field-optimized entry-level pure AC PD-free test systemexclusively designed for power frequency withstand voltage and partial discharge tests of 35kV and below distribution electrical equipment. It fully complies with IEC 60270:2015, GB/T 7354-2018 and DL/T 848.3-2019 standards, adopting an all-system PD-free optimized design that includes six core components: SF6-insulated PD-free test transformer, intelligent control console, isolation filter transformer, coupling capacitor, protective resistor and digital partial discharge detector.
The system features an industry-leading <2pC system background noise, ensuring accurate detection of weak partial discharge signals from distribution equipment. Its innovative PLC+7-inch touch screen intelligent control system supports one-click completion of the entire test process including voltage boosting, withstand voltage timing, partial discharge detection and voltage reduction. The integrated GDJF-2007 digital partial discharge detector provides basic PD analysis functions including PRPD maps, spectrum analysis and discharge amplitude measurement. Equipped with comprehensive safety protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, flashover and short circuit protection, it ensures the safety of operators and equipment during high-voltage tests.
