Description

GSH-NNA-30/250-400 is a heavy-duty industrial-grade SF₆ gas handling system designed for large-scale power utilities, switchgear manufacturing plants, EPC contractors and third-party testing institutions. It is dedicated to high-efficiency SF₆ gas recovery, deep vacuumizing, multi-stage purification, compression liquefaction, large-capacity storage and pressure-regulated refilling during installation, major maintenance and decommissioning of 110kV ~ 500kV large-capacity GIS, EHV SF₆ circuit breakers, instrument transformers and gas-insulated busbars.
It adopts a two-stage oil-free SF₆ dedicated compressor with positive & negative pressure recovery mode, achieving a recovery rate of 30m³/h and final recovery pressure as low as ≤10kPa, minimizing residual gas emission. The 250m³/h high-capacity dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump ensures deep vacuum degree ≤5Pa, fully meeting the strict vacuum requirements of high-voltage gas-insulated equipment. The multi-stage deep purification system includes high-efficiency particle filters, molecular sieve dryers and coalescing oil-mist separators, effectively removing moisture, decomposition products, oil residues and dust particles. Recovered gas meets IEC 60480 reuse standards and can be directly refilled into equipment.
Equipped with a 7-inch PLC touch screen, the unit supports one-key fully automatic operation and manual step-by-step control. It has built-in comprehensive safety protection mechanisms including over-pressure, over-current, over-temperature and low oil level alarms. The heavy-duty mobile cabinet structure with reinforced casters and traction handle is suitable for both on-site substation operation and fixed workshop use. It realizes closed-loop large-volume SF₆ gas management, reduces gas emission, lowers operation costs and meets environmental protection and production efficiency requirements.

FAQ

Q: Can it handle large-volume GIS compartments at one time?

A: Yes. The unit is equipped with a 400kg standard liquefied storage tank, which can meet one-time recovery of conventional large-capacity GIS compartments. For larger volume scenarios, multiple recovery cycles can be performed, or the storage tank capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.

Q: Can the recovered gas be directly refilled into equipment for reuse?

A: Yes. The multi-stage deep purification system can effectively remove moisture, oil, dust and decomposition products. After one recovery cycle, all gas quality indicators meet the requirements of IEC 60480 standard for reused gas, and can be directly refilled into electrical equipment. For gas with severe decomposition after arc fault, secondary purification is recommended.

Q: What safety certification does the storage tank have?

A: The storage tank is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national pressure vessel standards, with complete factory inspection documents and pressure vessel certification, which meets the safety requirements for on-site and workshop use. Regular inspection can be carried out according to pressure vessel management regulations.
