HCB-15 series is a professional portable high voltage circuit breaker mechanical characteristic tester designed for mechanical performance test, fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance of high voltage switchgear in substations, power plants, switchgear manufacturers, industrial enterprises and third-party testing institutions. It strictly complies with DL/T 846.3-2017, GB/T 1984-2024 and IEC 62271-100:2017 standards, adopting high-speed multi-channel synchronous acquisition technology and intelligent digital signal processing algorithm that enables accurate measurement of all key mechanical parameters of circuit breakers, providing reliable data basis for equipment status evaluation and fault location.
