Description
The GDFR-AD is an all-in-one intelligent high voltage test system that integrates AC/DC high voltage power supply, precision voltage measurement, and intelligent control into a single unit, designed for AC/DC withstand voltage test and leakage current measurement of medium-voltage electrical equipment in substations, power plants, and industrial sites. It fully complies with DL/T 848.1-2004 and GB/T 16927.1-2011, adopting high-frequency PWM technology and double closed-loop voltage/current feedback to deliver stable output, low ripple, and high measurement accuracy.
The system consists of a main control unit, AC high voltage source, dual DC high voltage sources (positive/negative polarity), built-in standard AC potential transformer (PT), and built-in standard DC resistance divider, eliminating the need for external measuring instruments. Equipped with a 7-inch full-color touch LCD, it supports one-key automatic test, real-time voltage/current waveform display, and test data storage/export. With comprehensive over-voltage, over-current, breakdown, zero-start, and ground detection protection, it ensures safe operation for both the operator and the test sample. Ideal for commissioning, periodic maintenance, and fault diagnosis of 10kV–35kV power cables, transformers, switchgear, and zinc oxide arresters (MOA).
