Description
The GDZG-301-300kV/3mA is a high-voltage, high-power intelligent DC high voltage generator designed for DC withstand voltage test and leakage current measurement of 220kV electrical equipment in high-voltage substations, power plants, and industrial sites. It fully complies with DL/T 848.1-2004 and DL/T 474.2-2006, adopting 30–50kHz high-frequency voltage doubler circuit and PWM pulse width modulation technology with high-power IGBT devices, delivering stable output, low ripple coefficient, and high measurement accuracy.
The system consists of a portable control box and a high-insulation voltage doubling cylinder, featuring full-range smooth voltage regulation, zero-start protection, and one-key 75%UDC1mA function (≤0.5% switching error) for fast and accurate zinc oxide arrester (MOA) testing. Equipped with high-precision digital voltage and current meters, it simultaneously displays output voltage, leakage current, and test time in real time. With comprehensive over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, zero-position, and ground detection protection, it ensures safe operation for both the operator and the test sample.
