Description

The GDPD-HVC-OL is a professional-grade, distributed real-time partial discharge monitoring systemexclusively designed for 6kV~35kV XLPE power cables and their accessories. It fully complies with DL/T 2271-2021, DL/T 1506-2016 and IEC 60270:2015 standards, adopting an innovative multi-sensor fusion technology that integrates high-frequency current transformers (HFCT), ultra-high frequency (UHF) antennas and acoustic emission (AE) sensors to achieve comprehensive and accurate partial discharge detection.
The system features a distributed edge computing architecture where each front-end acquisition unit is equipped with a high-performance FPGA/DSP processor, enabling real-time signal processing and feature extraction at the edge. With an industry-leading 250MS/s sampling rate and 14-bit resolution, it can accurately capture extremely weak partial discharge signals even in complex electromagnetic environments. The built-in expert diagnosis system automatically identifies common defect types such as water tree degradation, internal voids, cable joint defects and installation errors, and provides four-level early warning (Normal / Attention / Warning / Critical) with maintenance recommendations.
