Description

The GDYT-250kVA/250kV is a professional-grade, fully integrated AC/DC dual-mode PD-free test systemexclusively designed for power frequency withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage and partial discharge tests of 220kV and below high-voltage electrical equipment. It fully complies with IEC 60270:2015, GB/T 7354-2018, DL/T 848.3-2019 and GB/T 16927.2-2013 standards, adopting an all-system PD-free optimized design that includes seven core components: AC/DC PD-free test transformer, intelligent control console, isolation filter transformer, coupling capacitor, protective resistor, high-voltage silicon stack and digital partial discharge detector.
The system features an industry-leading <0.5pC system background noise, ensuring accurate detection of extremely weak partial discharge signals from the test object. Its innovative PLC+12-inch high-resolution touch screen intelligent control system supports one-click switching between AC and DC modes, and one-click completion of the entire test process including voltage boosting, withstand voltage timing, partial discharge detection and voltage reduction. The integrated GDJF-2007AD AC/DC digital partial discharge detector provides professional PD analysis functions including PRPD maps, spectrum analysis and automatic discharge type identification for both AC and DC voltage conditions. Equipped with comprehensive safety protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, flashover, short circuit and DC discharge protection, it ensures the safety of operators and equipment during high-voltage tests.
