Description

The GDZG-700-120/3 is a high-performance, portable intelligent DC high voltage generator optimized for DC withstand voltage test and leakage current measurement of 10kV–110kV electrical equipment in substations, power plants, and industrial sites. It fully complies with DL/T 848.1-2004 and DL/T 474.2-2006, adopting 30–50kHz high-frequency voltage doubler circuit and PWM pulse width modulation technology with high-power IGBT devices, delivering stable output, low ripple coefficient, and high measurement accuracy.

The system consists of a portable control box and a lightweight voltage doubling cylinder, featuring full-range smooth voltage regulation, zero-start protection, and one-key 75%UDC1mA function for fast zinc oxide arrester (MOA) testing. Equipped with high-precision digital voltage and current meters, it simultaneously displays output voltage, leakage current, and test time in real time. With comprehensive over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and zero-position protection, it ensures safe operation for both the operator and the test sample. Ideal for commissioning, periodic maintenance, and fault diagnosis of 10kV–110kV power cables, transformers, generators, switchgear, and lightning arresters.
