Description

The GDSY-9000 is a custom-built, road-legal integrated power test vehicle (mobile high-voltage laboratory) developed by HV HIPOT ELECTRIC CO., LTD , designed for full-range preventive maintenance and commissioning tests on 10kV–220kV substation equipment (transformers, GIS, cables, switchgear, CT/PT, arresters, etc.). It complies with DL/T 596-1996 and GB 50150-2016, integrating all required test instruments into a modified commercial van with shockproof cabinets, centralized PC control, and safety interlocks.

Unlike traditional portable devices, the GDSY-9000 delivers one-stop on-site testing—no repeated loading/unloading, no external cranes, and single-vehicle mobility for remote substations. It features real-time data acquisition, automatic report generation, GPS tracking, and wireless communication, supporting networked monitoring and fleet management. The vehicle is officially approved for road registration in China, ensuring legal operation nationwide. Ideal for power utilities, railway electrification, metallurgy, and mining requiring high-efficiency, safe, and standardized field testing.
