Description
The GDOH-II is a professional-grade, fully automatic insulating oil gas content testerexclusively designed for quality assessment of insulating oil used in power transformers, instrument transformers, capacitors and other oil-filled electrical equipment. It fully complies with DL/T 423-2009, GB/T 7595-2017 and IEC 60567-2011 standards, adopting the internationally recognized vacuum differential pressure method (DL/T 423 Method A) that provides accurate and reliable measurement results.
The instrument features an innovative all-metal sealed degassing chamber that eliminates the fragility and poor sealing problems of traditional glassware testers. Its built-in high-precision imported electronic differential pressure sensor ensures stable and accurate pressure measurement, with a minimum detection limit of ≤0.2%. With one-click fully automatic operation, it completes the entire test process including sample injection, pipeline flushing, vacuum degassing, pressure measurement, standard value conversion and result printing without manual intervention.

FAQ
Q: What is the principle of vacuum differential pressure method for gas content detection?
A: The principle is based on Henry's law: when a certain volume of oil sample is placed in a sealed vacuum chamber, the dissolved gas in the oil will be released due to the reduced pressure. By measuring the pressure difference generated by the released gas, combined with the oil sample volume, temperature and atmospheric pressure, the gas content of the oil sample in the standard state (0℃, 101.3kPa) can be accurately calculated. This method is the international standard method for insulating oil gas content detection.
Q: How long does a typical test take?
A: A complete test including pipeline flushing, heating to test temperature, vacuum degassing, pressure measurement and result calculation takes approximately 6~7 minutes. This is much faster than traditional gas chromatography methods which usually take 30~60 minutes.
Q: Does it require external gas sources or reagents?
A: No. GDOH-II adopts a fully integrated design with built-in vacuum pump and all necessary components. It does not require any external gas sources, carrier gases or chemical reagents, making it very convenient to use and low in operating cost.
Q: How to calibrate the instrument?
A: The instrument has a built-in standard gas injection calibration program. Users can inject a known volume of standard air into the degassing chamber, and the instrument will automatically calculate the calibration coefficient and adjust the measurement results. This calibration method is simple, fast and accurate.
Q: Can it be used for on-site testing?
A: Yes. GDOH-II has a compact and portable design with a total weight of only 20kg. It does not require any external auxiliary equipment and can be easily transported to the site for testing. It is suitable for both laboratory and on-site applications.
