Description
GSH-VC-1000A is a professional industrial-grade SF₆ gas vacuum treatment system designed for power utilities, switchgear manufacturers, EPC contractors and third-party testing institutions. It is dedicated to deep vacuumizing, vacuum drying and constant vacuum holding of large-capacity GIS, EHV SF₆ circuit breakers, instrument transformers and other SF₆-insulated equipment during installation, commissioning and routine maintenance, effectively removing air, moisture and residual gas inside equipment to ensure the insulation performance of refilled SF₆ gas.
It adopts a three-stage vacuum architecture consisting of a Roots booster pump and a two-stage rotary vane backing pump, delivering a rated pumping speed of 1000m³/h and an ultimate vacuum as low as ≤0.5Pa, efficiently meeting the strict vacuum requirements of large-volume high-voltage gas compartments.
A built-in electromagnetic anti-oil-return valve automatically cuts off the gas path during shutdown or power failure, completely preventing pump oil from flowing back into the equipment and causing insulation contamination. The 7-inch PLC touch screen supports one-key fully automatic operation: automatic pumping, real-time vacuum monitoring, constant vacuum holding and automatic shutdown when the target value is reached.
