GDSY customizable integrated cable test vehicle is a professional mobile working platform modified on commercial van chassis (Iveco, Ford Transit, Maxus and other optional chassis). Adopting fully modular design, users can select and combine various test instruments according to actual business demands, forming exclusive vehicle-mounted cable detection solutions.

The carriage is equipped with shockproof instrument mounting rack, integrated power supply system (on-board generator, UPS, inverter), lighting, safety interlock, cable reel storage, operation workbench and independent air conditioning. All equipment is fixed with anti-vibration locking structure to adapt long-distance road transportation. The whole vehicle realizes direct arrival at site and immediate testing, eliminates repeated loading/unloading of scattered instruments, greatly shortens emergency fault repair time.

A: The vehicle rack size and power distribution are optimized for HVHIPOT RE / MRT series instruments. Third-party equipment can be installed after size verification, but waveform synchronization and system matching cannot be guaranteed; original supporting configuration is recommended.
Q: Does the modified vehicle have legal driving qualification?
A: All GDSY test vehicles are modified by qualified vehicle refitting factories, obtain complete modification documents, satisfy national road vehicle management requirements, support normal license plate registration and annual inspection.
Q: Can equipment be installed later after vehicle delivery?
A: Yes. The carriage reserves standardized installation supports, power sockets and communication interfaces, realizing later function expansion without major reconstruction of the vehicle body.
